Hydro Turbinesby Hydrohrom / Turboma |
Kaplan turbines HYDROHROMAre designed for heads from 1,5 m up to 20 m and are manufactured in these variants:
|
Francis Turbines HYDROHROMThey are designed for heads from 20 up to 100 m. With both horizontal or vertical shaft arrangement and only with direct connection to the generator. Turbine either has its own shaft support, or the runner is directly on the shaft of generator. Runner is manufactured using technology of exact casting and digitally created model using CNC technology. Guide vanes are fully regulated and they also perform the function of operational closure. The system is controlled by gravity or hydraulic pressure accumulator. Guide vanes are made of the same material as the runner and are machine using CNC technology. Depending on the parameters of the intake pipe the turbine is equipped with a flywheel and valve cap. Turbines are controlled by the PLC control system and the mechanical part is controlled by a hydraulic unit. |
Pelton Turbines HYDROHROMThey are designed for heads from 30m up to 500m. Are offered in horizontal and vertical arrangement and only with the direct connection to the generator. The runner is directly on the generator shaft, or in a horizontal arrangement can have its own shaft support. The runner and other high stress parts are made from stainless steel using CNC technology. Pelton turbines are characterized by high efficiency and wide regulation range. Turbines are modern compact design, so occupy a minimal footprint area. In most cases, the units are supplied as a monoblock with a generator on same frame. According to the parameters of penstock, turbine is fitted with a cap or round closing. Turbines are controlled by the PLC control system and the mechanical part is controlled by hydraulics. |
